We currently ship to UK mainland and Northern Ireland only.

Do you deliver locally?

We do! If you live locally to our shop in Bath, we can deliver the same day by Eco Bike.

Once you've added your local address at checkout, choose bike delivery from the drop-down on the shipping page.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders received before 1 pm Monday to Friday are sent by Next Day Delivery as Standard. We do not charge extra for this service.

We are unable to deliver on Sundays. Therefore, orders received after 1 pm on Friday and before 1 pm on the following Monday will be delivered on Tuesday.

We will contact you as soon as possible if there is a problem with your order or the items you have chosen. This may delay your delivery, but we'll keep you informed every step of the way.

Returns and Refunds

What's your refund policy?

We have no time limit on our returns. We want you to be able to buy gifts in advance and not worry!

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

I'm afraid we can't refund Gift Cards or refund items which are not in their original condition, are damaged or missing parts.

Where do I start? A beautiful toy shop stocking gorgeous quality toys . We are so lucky to have you on the High Street . You deliver when needed always well wrapped with a personal note. My 10 month old grandson had his first toy shop visit and was entranced by all the toys and colour hanging above his head . My 7yr old granddaughter summed it up though . She spotted a toy in my house with your price label on and queried it because FC had brought her the same . I explained that even the big guy has to order from factories and toy fairs like you. He can’t make everything . She then commented “yes they would both choose the best things “ so You’re up there with F. C.
