We currently ship to UK mainland and Northern Ireland only.
Delivery costs
- Orders under £50: £5.95
- Orders £50 and over: Free!
Dispatch & delivery times
Orders received before 1 pm Monday to Friday are sent by Next Day Delivery as Standard. We do not charge extra for this service.
We are unable to deliver on Sundays. Therefore, orders received after 1 pm on Friday and before 1 pm on the following Monday will be delivered on Tuesday.
We will contact you as soon as possible if there is a problem with your order or the items you have chosen. This may delay your delivery, but we'll keep you informed every step of the way.
Local delivery
We deliver same day to our local area by Eco Bike.
Once you've added your local address at checkout, choose bike delivery from the drop-down on the shipping page.

Free Gift Wrap
Every order is beautifully gift-wrapped, with handwritten labels if you need them.
We have so many wonderful comments about how our parcels arrive and how lovely they are... wrapping for you is pretty much our favourite thing!

Next-day delivery as STANDARD
We don't charge extra for being super speedy!
All orders received before 1 pm are packed, wrapped and sent on their way to arrive with you the very next day.
Orders placed after 1 pm on Friday and during the weekend are wrapped and sent on Monday, to be with you on Tuesday.
