- The theatre and orchestra pit require folding out before use.
- Use the theatre's dusky pink velvet curtains for a grand opening and finish, and scene changes. You will receive 3 scene changes.
- Every day open a numbered envelope, inside which are the main Nutcracker characters and props.
- Several of the characters are attached to wooden dowels, to allow you to move them on the stage.
- The 2 pierrot doll characters are hinged so you can make them move and dance.
- On day 24 you'll receive a box, inside which is a beautiful gold tone bracelet with acrylic charms, tassels and bells.
- Simple self assembly required.

We do! If you live locally to our shop in Bath, we can deliver the same day by Eco Bike.

Orders received before 1 pm Monday to Friday are sent by Next Day Delivery as Standard. We do not charge extra for this service.
We are unable to deliver on Sundays. Therefore, orders received after 1 pm on Friday and before 1 pm on the following Monday will be delivered on Tuesday.
We will contact you as soon as possible if there is a problem with your order or the items you have chosen. This may delay your delivery, but we'll keep you informed every step of the way.

We have no time limit on our returns. We want you to be able to buy gifts in advance and not worry!
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
I'm afraid we can't refund Gift Cards or refund items which are not in their original condition, are damaged or missing parts.
