Bird Growbar
A trio of vibrant bird-friendly flowers that will surely attract a bevy of wild birds who will feast on their abundant seeds. This set contains sunflowers, echinops and cornflowers.
To start your own bird-approved garden, simply place your Growbar (with the protective paper facing up) in a spacious container (such as a takeout food tray), pour in half a liter of water, and find a sunny windowsill where the bar can soak up some warmth. Keep the bar in a cozy spot, between 18-22 degrees Celsius, until its nearly dry. To keep it perfectly moist, slowly pour water into the tray, being careful not to directly douse the bar.
Once the seeds have sprouted, let them grow in the bar for a month before gently separating the seedlings and planting them in a sunny, weed-free area in your garden.
For the best results, give them plenty of space and sunlight. Although the sunflowers and cornflowers are annuals, don't remove the dead flowers as they provide a tasty snack for hungry birds during the winter!
