Exceptional customer service! With the intro discount (newsletter signup), the price was as competitive as other big online retailers, delivery was super fast, beautifully wrapped in eco friendly and pretty gift paper, with a really lovely handwritten note. So the quality of service really shown through at delivery and I was so happy to have chosen a local independent retailer over a big online warehouse. Felt so special, my daughter was so thrilled with her present. We live about 30mins from the shop and actually came in a few days prior, not planning on buying this particular product; however the staff was so friendly, letting our daughter test the bike when she showed interest, and she had such great fun, we decided to buy it as an add on for her birthday.
