Customer service is amazing . The parcel was gift wrapped with a hand written card . The staff couldn’t have been more helpful . The gift itself was excellent value for money. People can be put off thinking independent shops are more expensive but this gift showed me that they take time and care to give value for money as well as stocking different, unusual, traditional, unique things for young people . The shop in Bath is well worth a visit it caters for all needs. It’s a treasure trove .
