If you've ever visited us in our store in Bath then you will know that we are 5 minutes away from the Kennet & Avon Canal... and our morning commute walks us past beautiful canal boats every day. So how could we NOT include Tender Leaf's Little Otter Canal Boat, where the charming otter family resides. It's almost as though they created especially for us! (Did you guys? Did you?!😉)
Named after their beloved pet mallard duck, this beautiful boat features SO much small world imaginative play detail. Children are absolutely absorbed as they play.

We do! If you live locally to our shop in Bath, we can deliver the same day by Eco Bike.

Orders received before 1 pm Monday to Friday are sent by Next Day Delivery as Standard. We do not charge extra for this service.
We are unable to deliver on Sundays. Therefore, orders received after 1 pm on Friday and before 1 pm on the following Monday will be delivered on Tuesday.
We will contact you as soon as possible if there is a problem with your order or the items you have chosen. This may delay your delivery, but we'll keep you informed every step of the way.

We have no time limit on our returns. We want you to be able to buy gifts in advance and not worry!
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
I'm afraid we can't refund Gift Cards or refund items which are not in their original condition, are damaged or missing parts.
