We have never come across wooden dolls house room sets which have such amazing attention to detail - as as you know (because we keep going on about it!!) the more detail dolls houses have, the more absorbing the play. We wish you could see how quietly and intensely the children in the shop play with the houses...
It takes skill and dedication as a designer to pack this much fun and play value into a tiny dolls house kitchen, but the chaps at Tender Leaf believe as we do... children are worth the effort!!

We do! If you live locally to our shop in Bath, we can deliver the same day by Eco Bike.
Once you've added your local address at checkout, choose bike delivery from the drop-down on the shipping page.

Orders received before 1 pm Monday to Friday are sent by Next Day Delivery as Standard. We do not charge extra for this service.
We are unable to deliver on Sundays. Therefore, orders received after 1 pm on Friday and before 1 pm on the following Monday will be delivered on Tuesday.
We will contact you as soon as possible if there is a problem with your order or the items you have chosen. This may delay your delivery, but we'll keep you informed every step of the way.

We have no time limit on our returns. We want you to be able to buy gifts in advance and not worry!
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
I'm afraid we can't refund Gift Cards or refund items which are not in their original condition, are damaged or missing parts.
