Cottontail comes fully furnished, so makes the perfect first dolls house - especially if you are tight for room. We especially love that this house can easily be popped the kitchen table, or a coffee table, so children can happily play within eyesight and earshot! Although small, it is really beautifully made and has all the small details you would expect from Tender Leaf which puts this dolls house head and shoulders above others we have seen.
Cottontail Cottage is made from the highest quality birch plywood, and the furniture inside is made using sustainable ribberwood, which never chips, so this is a real investment toy which we last and last.

We do! If you live locally to our shop in Bath, we can deliver the same day by Eco Bike.

Orders received before 1 pm Monday to Friday are sent by Next Day Delivery as Standard. We do not charge extra for this service.
We are unable to deliver on Sundays. Therefore, orders received after 1 pm on Friday and before 1 pm on the following Monday will be delivered on Tuesday.
We will contact you as soon as possible if there is a problem with your order or the items you have chosen. This may delay your delivery, but we'll keep you informed every step of the way.

We have no time limit on our returns. We want you to be able to buy gifts in advance and not worry!
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
I'm afraid we can't refund Gift Cards or refund items which are not in their original condition, are damaged or missing parts.
