ChunkiChilli come up with hand puppet characters we didn't know we needed. But Chicken is definitely up there with the very best. After all, if you are surrounded by small people who are determined to wake you up before the cockerel crows, then you might as well make it super fun!
ChunkiChilli are a British company who launched a knitting community in Southwest China more than fifteen years ago. These puppets are made by the wonderful knitters there, who are highly-skilled artisans, producing these toys with great care and love.

We do! If you live locally to our shop in Bath, we can deliver the same day by Eco Bike.

Orders received before 1 pm Monday to Friday are sent by Next Day Delivery as Standard. We do not charge extra for this service.
We are unable to deliver on Sundays. Therefore, orders received after 1 pm on Friday and before 1 pm on the following Monday will be delivered on Tuesday.
We will contact you as soon as possible if there is a problem with your order or the items you have chosen. This may delay your delivery, but we'll keep you informed every step of the way.

We have no time limit on our returns. We want you to be able to buy gifts in advance and not worry!
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
I'm afraid we can't refund Gift Cards or refund items which are not in their original condition, are damaged or missing parts.
