Forest Collection - Hair Clips Hyacinthe

If your child has ever come home from a walk with their pockets full of leaves and acorns and "a special stick," these clips were made for them. The Hyacinthe set is all soft sage green and woodland gold: a white squirrel with a swirly peach tail sitting amongst leaves, a beautifully detailed oak leaf with gold-etched veins, and a little cluster of mushrooms in dusty pink and peach. All three on sage green clips, all three with that lovely Djeco illustrated quality that makes them feel like they belong in a picture book.

We love it because:

• The squirrel clip is the kind of detail that makes you go "oh, that's really nice." White body, peach tail, gold dot speckles, tiny green and red eyes, with mint leaves behind. It's genuinely charming.
• The oak leaf clip with its gold-outlined edges and etched veins is the understated one of the set, and somehow that makes it brilliant. A child wearing just that one knows exactly what they're doing.
• The mushroom cluster in dusty rose and peach with gold dots is sweet without being sickly. Forest floor energy, beautifully executed.
• All three sit on sage green epoxy-coated metal clips that hold firmly without tugging. The colour coordination across clips and decorations is a small but lovely touch.
