We will deliver your parcel full of goodies within 2- 4 working days, by private courier. The reason we take your telephone number is so that they can contact you should they have trouble finding your home, or if they arrive and you are out. We recycle all our boxes, so although your parcel may not be pristine on the outside it will be full of gorgeousness on the inside!

We offer a next day service for £12.50. Order before 1 pm, and your parcel will be withh you before 3pm the following day.

All our deliveries are guaranteed, and your parcels will arrive on time, when we say…so no waiting around!

If your order is under £10.00, then we charge £1.95 for post and packaging, and this item is delivered by Royal Mail. Please be aware that due to the current Strike action by Royal Mail staff these parcels may take up to 10 days to arrive.

We are closed from 4pm on Christmas eve and our Bath Store re-opens on January 2nd 2010. You can still place orders with us online, and the delivery date for all orders taken between December 23rd and Jan 2nd will be January 5th.

We offer a next day delivery service on any orders placed before 1pm, at a charge of £12.50. If you 0rder before this time your parcel will be with you before 3pm the following day. Simply tick your choice of delivery service as ‘Next Day’ and we’ll do the rest. If you are concerned in any way, or are close to the 1pm deadline, then give us a ring on 01225 338668 and we’ll check that everything has gone smoothly.

PLEASE NOTE: For orders taken after 1pm on Friday, and during the weekend, the earliest delivery will be on the following Tuesday before 3pm. On weekends which include a bank holiday the earliest delivery will be on Wednesday before 3pm.

We are open 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday 9.30am – 5.45pm, and, from Easter, we are open seven days, as usual. Our Sunday opening hours are 11am – 5pm.
