How much is delivery?


Standard Delivery is £4.99
Next Day Delivery is £12.99 
Orders over £75.00 are FREE!
We also ship to N. Ireland, Eire and the Channel Islands at a standard rate of £19.50.

Please Note - our couriers do not deliver on a Saturday, so if an item is dispatched on a Friday it will be with you on Monday.  This includes items dispatched on a Friday for next day delivery.



Will I Have to Wait In All Day?

No! We use the super-organised heroes of couriers – we’ll let you know by email and text the hour window your delivery is expected to reach you, so you can organise your day!



What happens if I’m out?

Our couriers will pop a note through your letterbox to let you know they tried to deliver, and then they’ll re-deliver the next day. Should they miss you again, they’ll call you to try to arrange a new day for delivery, or they’ll call us to help solve the problem.



What do I do if there is a problem?

Call us! 01225 312943. By hook or by crook we’ll sort it out. We love the couriers we work with because they are helpful, cheery chaps who care as much about getting your parcel to you as we do. We can track your parcel from door to door, so if something goes awry we can work out how, when and where and resolve it. In 2015 our successful delivery rate at first attempt was 99.2%.



What if the parcels are damaged?

Please check your parcel careful for signs of damage. Your order will be packed with love and care (we’ve had lessons and everything!!) and double checked to ensure all the items you ordered are inside, but occasionally mistakes occur. Please check all items as soon as you receive them, and let us know within 24 hours of any issues you may have. You can call us on 01225 312943, or email sales@mysmallworld.co.uk if you prefer.



What If I Want To Return It?

In the unlikely event that you don’t totally love what you’ve bought, you can send it back to us for a full refund. Our return address is:

Please give us an idea of why it wasn’t quite right, as this helps us to make sure that our desriptions on the website are clear and helpful for other customers. In the case of broken or damaged goods, we will,of course, refund your postage too.
