Land of Me

Today see's the last day of Land Of Me's residency at My Small World.   Saying goodbye to Buddy Boo, Eric and Willow will be like bidding farewell to old pals.  Hard to believe these three exploreres of the imagination are nothing more than computer wizardry.  

And I guess this is why this great computer programme for children is such an enormous success.   Made in Me have created the most extraordinary world for children to explore.  Full of humour, love and intelligence, this is a computer programme like no other; there are no quests, levels to complete or competitive edge - the aim is to encourage children to wander the world, discovering new creative and imaginitive games on the way, and then, through the use of great printable activities, to leave the computer behind and engage in getting creative in real life.

We've loved having this really hands on experience in the store, and the reaction from our customers has been nothing short of amazing. We'll be busy in another part of the shop and suddenly hear peals of laughter coming from the playtable; it's been gorgeous watching parents explore with their children, talking softly, letting the child take the lead.  Perhaps most interestingly, despite the obvious engrossment of the children as they play, we've not had one tantrum when it's time to stop - proof perhaps, that if there is such a thing as a healthy computer game, then this is it.

This is not just any children's computer programme.  Together, your child and these three fur and feather adventurers will explore the Land of Me, exercising imagination, musicality, and artistic flair.  We know.  We've watched with amazement as the magic unfolded before our very eyes!
